Pacific Park will light the 90-foot Pacific Wheel in pink on Friday, Sept. 25, to mark California's first Dolly Parton Day, a new state holiday signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom honoring the late singer-philanthropist whose Imagination Library has sent 2.9 million books to California children.
